HOW TO ORDER

ORDERING PROCESS

1.	Begin by choosing the frame style, size and color (see Choosing Frames) you wish to purchase.
2.	Then select the Lenses Category and choose the lens type (see Choosing Lenses). - Each lens type has several options for you to select. - If you are ordering more than one frame and lens set, please enter the frame style in the box provided while choosing your lens.
3.	Be sure to indicate PD size (pupillary distance. We cannot process your order without PD measurement.
4.	When done choosing your products, proceed to checkout, any discounts will be applied at that time.
5.	A signed copy of your prescription must be mailed or faxed to us:

	It MUST be signed by your doctor. Please include order# or a copy of your order with your prescription.

A CONSUMER'S RIGHT TO THEIR PRESCRIPTION

Did you know that you have a right to your eye examination prescription? This right is guaranteed by the federal government.
NOTE: If you cannot get your prescription for any reason, you may ship us your current eyeglasses and we can duplicate your prescription from your glasses.

RETURN POLICY

If not completely satisfied with your glasses, just return them to us within 30 days for a refund or a different pair, whichever you prefer!
NOTE: A restocking fee of 30% of the lens price or a minimum of $10.50 will apply to all returns and exchanges. Please call us for the exact amount before returning.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please allow 5 days for fabrication of your eyeglasses prior to shipping.
All orders will be shipped United States Postal Service unless otherwise noted at checkout.

For an additional fee, we will warrant the lenses against scratches for 1 year from the date of purchase.
